We've got a new support website! 🎉

Until now, we haven't had a place you can use if you had a question about events, fundraising or in-memory giving on Echoleft. This often meant that people needed to get in touch to discover where things were, or how to accomplish something. It also meant they couldn't easily share the information when they had it.

We wanted to improve that, so we're introducing https://support.echoleft.com!

We've used the some wonderful tools from the team at Gitbook to help us create a set of support articles that allow you to search, browse and share the guidance.

Today is only the start of our support content, we'll be adding more all the time so we can answer as many questions as possible and make the answers easy to find.

Does this include support for Control Panel?

Control Panel, the area of Echoleft we provide for teams working for good causes, is getting it's very own support website. We'll announce the details of that very soon, and if you have any questions in the meantime, please contact [email protected].
