I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

If you have forgotten your Echoleft password, visit our password reset page. Enter the email address that you used to create your account and you will receive an email containing a link to a page where you can choose a new password.

As soon as you've selected your new password, you'll be logged in straight away.

We value your security so we require that your password has a minimum of 8 characters. You don't have to use numbers and punctuation, but we recommend them.

For your general security and privacy on the internet, we recommend using password management software, we recommend 1Password.
