Fixed: Broken links in Charity Event Settings.

Fix

We've fixed broken links in the Settings menu for Charity Events in Control Panel. Thank you to Aaron for the clear bug report.

This was caused by ongoing work to the Charity Events Settings in Control Panel.

Until now there has been a read-only page for each settings category, showing the current status of each setting. These pages were not proving useful, so they are being removed. From now on, selecting a settings category will take you directly to the form where those settings can be adjusted.
