Fixed incorrect ordering of registration form options & more.

Fix

When adding values for dropdown lists and radio buttons (multiple choice, choose one), the options may have appeared in the wrong order, this has been fixed.

Fixed an issue where some ‘required’ fields that had been deleted would still attempt to validate. As far as we can see, no users were impacted by this issue.
