Adding contact details to a fundraising page can be really useful for people that are fundraising for an in-person event. It's a clear and easy way to let interested visitors know who to contact if they have any questions.

Until now, we've asked people if they'd like to add contact details when creating their fundraising pages. Over time, we've found that this is only used by a small number of people and was confusing for many others that weren't sure why they would want to add contact details.

To make this clearer, we've removed it from the step-by-step process of creating a fundraising page. We've also added a much clearer prompt that these details will be publicly visible.

Don't worry, adding contact details to a fundraising page is still available for everyone, they can now be added when editing a fundraising page.

We've added a support page to show people how to add contact details if they wish to.
