Despite being admitted to the hospital at the age of 76, he still took some work with him, working on the draft of a televised speech he was to give commemorating the State of Israel's seventh anniversary.\n\nUnfortunately, Einstein did not finish the speech and died the next day after refusing surgery. He passed away in Princeton Hospital - New Jersey at the age of 76.\n\n“I want to go when I want. It is tasteless to prolong life artificially. I have done my share, it is time to go.
