Albert Einstein, born in 1879, was a German-born theoretical physicist.

After visiting the United States in 1933, being a Jewish man, Einstein decided to not return to Germany; he settled in the US and became an American citizen in 1940.

Einstein is most known for his extensive contributions to modern physics, including developing the theory of relativity and being a pivotal part of the development of atomic energy.
